Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. Meditation practices are techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm seeing of the true nature of things. By engaging with a particular meditation practice you learn the patterns and habits of your mind, and the practice offers a means to cultivate new, more positive ways of being. Meditation is a subtle practice, and an effective teacher works as a coach in any field, helping you find your way and correct your mistakes. Unfortunately, it’s not always easy to find an experienced teacher in your area.
Meditation is a process of lightening up, of trusting the basic goodness of what we have and who we are, and of realizing that any wisdom that exists, exists in what we already have. We can lead our life so as to become more awake to who we are and what we’re doing rather than trying to improve or change or get rid of who we are or what we’re doing. The key is to wake up, to become more alert, more inquisitive and curious about ourselves.

Then whatever you do is a poetry in itself. You live poetry; your walking becomes dancing, your silence becomes music.
